Terms of Use

1. The service

TranslateFast provides tools for text translation, camera-based text recognition, voice conversation, writing assistance, and language learning. Feature availability, supported languages, and translation quality may vary based on device hardware, network access, location, and downloaded Apple language resources.

2. Acceptable use

You may use TranslateFast only in compliance with applicable law. You must not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer protected portions of the app, violate another person's rights, or use translations to facilitate illegal or harmful activity.

3. Translation accuracy

Automated translations can contain errors or omit context. Do not rely on TranslateFast as the sole source for medical, legal, emergency, financial, safety-critical, or other professional decisions. You are responsible for reviewing translations before acting on or sharing them.

4. TranslateFast Pro

TranslateFast Pro may unlock full camera translation, unlimited voice conversation, professional writing tools, advanced learning features, and an ad-free experience. Available features can vary by plan and region.

Some plans include a 3-day free trial. Plans without a trial are charged immediately. Unless canceled, subscriptions automatically renew at the price shown at purchase. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings. To avoid renewal, turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends. Billing, refunds, and payment processing are administered by Apple under its applicable terms.

5. Your content

You retain responsibility for text, images, and speech you submit. You represent that you have the right to use that content. You grant only the limited permission needed to process it and provide your requested feature.

6. Intellectual property

TranslateFast, its interface, branding, software, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app; they do not transfer ownership to you.

7. Availability and changes

We may improve, add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to provide a reliable experience but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, TranslateFast is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Termination

You may stop using TranslateFast at any time. We may restrict access if you materially violate these Terms or if required to protect the app, its users, or applicable legal obligations.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the app or applicable law. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
